Dear Sir:
There are several features about the New Lifetime Interlock Roof System that we appreciate. Weather resistance is our first consideration. Because it is interlocked the wind doesn't phase it, the snow slides off and it will not allow moss buildup. This was a bad problem with our old roof.

Another feature we value highly is durability. The roof is fire resistant and will not rot or deteriorate but will remain beautiful.

We respect the integrity of the sales representative. He is friendly and does follow-up visits to ensure that customers are completely satisfied. Phone numbers are available for any questions or concerns customers may encounter with no limits or dead lines. In addition, the installers were courteous and acknowledged our privacy at all times.

We are very pleased with our Interlock Roof and can expect to enjoy it the rest of our lifetime.

Sincerely,
Dewey and Wynoak. Baumgardner

To Whom it May Concern:

After many months of anticipation I am finally the proud owner of a beautiful
new roof.  After signing the contract in May of this year, it felt like an eternity before its construction began in August. There were a few leaks in my roof, and it had been a wet summer.

When your installers arrived, I was so excited! Then, when they said they would
be done in about I week, I couldn't believe it. I was expecting construction to last at least a month. Your Installers, Ignacio Torres and Oscar Regino, worked diligently and were very courteous and polite (not to mention the excellent job they did. I'm positive that they would have finished in the week promised had they not run out of materials.

About a month later, another of your installers, Lance Peterson, showed up on
site. He finished the section of roof that was left, and did a wonderful job. He also did a final clean up around the house.  Now, when I drive up the driveway I smile at my house with a sigh of relief that I will never have to risk my life trying to find a leak again.

Thank you.

Dear Brad,

Last summer we purchased an Interlock roof. I would like to pass on to you some of our thoughts on the roof and the crew that installed the roof.

We were very pleased with the installation crew. They were here when they said they would be and they were very efficient in the job they did. There was no loud talking or foul language and at the end of each day they always cleaned up after themselves.

They did what we expected them to do and the job was finished on time as promised.

We are also pleased with the performance of the roof. It has done everything we were told it would do. The snow slid off the roof when it was only about three inches deep. The ice dam problem we had has been eliminated. And the roof withstood the big wind storm we recently had. Not only does the roof do what it is supposed to do, it also looks very nice!

So far we have been very pleased with the roof.

Sincerely,
Ken and Tami Yockey

Interlock Industries installed a new roof on my house this summer. It looks beautiful and I have had very positive comments from my neighbors. It has not been on long enough to be able to give you a well-rounded evaluation of its performance through a cold winter or a hot summer. I have had no problems so far. The snow breaks you installed worked very well over the warm spell we had this fall. It held the snow back over the walkway while snow slid off the other parts of the roof.

As you promised, the roofers were pleasant and did a fine job. The roof on my house is small but with a complicated roof line necessitating a lot of cutting and fitting. The roofers cleaned up after themselves very well considering the amount of cutting and fitting they had to do. I would recommend, however, that homeowners double-check for roofing scraps if they have pets or small children running around in the yard. I found several sharp metal cuttings in my planters this fall.

Finally, I will close with the only bad experience I had. At Interlocks request, I stored the roofing to be used for my installation. One evening I discovered that someone had torn into the roofing and taken several boxes. I felt responsible and called the police. When I called Interlock the next morning to report the theft, I was told that the roofers had taken the boxes because of a shortage at another job. Unfortunately, no one called or left a note telling us. I hope this will be corrected so other people will not have this experience.

Sincerely,

In the summer of 2000, we had the pleasure of having a new metal roof installed on our home by Interlock Industries. The workmanship and quality of work that was accomplished was outstanding. The crew did a fantastic job of not only install the roof, but also of cleanup.

The new metal roof has proven to be one of the best investments we have made. There is no need to have the snow shovelled off the roof since it all slides right off. The new roof has improved the looks of our house 100%. We have been through high winds and sit back and laugh as we see neighboring shingles flying around, knowing that ours is secure.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the people from Interlock Industries for a job well done, and I will always recommend them very highly.

In January 2000 we experienced a severe windstorm with gusts to 120 miles per hour. Our shingle roof was destroyed. It looked as if it had been hit with a giant shotgun blast. In some spots the roof had been ripped away down to the plywood. Our neighbor had a new InterLock roof installed in 1997. The windstorm that had destroyed our roof did not damage his roof in any way; not a single shingle was missing.

Since installation of our Interl/ock roof, the snow load on the frame of our house has dropped 95%. We have been through 100+ MPH wind storms with zero wind damage. I would highly recommend this roof to anyone!

I recently had your Interlock Roofing System installed on our home. I am pleased to say that I am very happy with it and have gotten many compliments on how nice it looks. The InterLock Roofing System has a Lifetime Guarantee on it for the Owner of the home. It can also be transferred to the next owner for up to fifty years, which makes it an attractive offer for the next owner, not having to worry about the roof and any problems that arise with the InterLock System.

The Interlock Roofing System is a very reliable product and I would highly recommend it to others, as it stands up to high winds, harsh winters and is a very durable product. I especially like the ice cleats that help break up the snow load as it comes off the roof, as it helps protect the deck below and vehicles. The Interlock System is also good in the case of a fire of the surrounding area, so the roof is not easily able to catch fire from flying embers and such. The material is lightweight and doesn't add extra pressure to the current roof joists and comes in many different colors and styles.

I'm a sheet metal worker and work with all sorts of metals on a daily basis. I see the InterLock System as a highly flexible and durable product and will recommend it to anyone who is building a new home or just wanting to replace their current roofing system.

Sincerely,

Our roof was installed in August 2000. We are very pleased with its look and performance. The installers came early and worked late, and we were quite pleased with the condition with which they left our yard.

The roof has performed beautifully this winter. It sheds the snow and is unaffected by the winds. We have noticed a saving in our heating bill.
We are pleased to provide you with this letter and would not hesitate to recommend your product to anyone.

To Brad, Interlock Industries

I have just sold my home at 2521 Scarborough Dr. and added the value of our roof which is almost 4 years old. We got the full value when we sold our house.
We like the roof very much.

We have had our Interlock Roof for about eight months now and are very happy with it. This winter was a strange one with numerous days of gale force winds over 130 MPH. This did not seem to affect the roof at all and no damage resulted.

One of the unexpected benefits of the roof with the low pitch was any build up of snow on the roof came off after a few inches of accumulation. The roof also added to the appearance of the house.

We highly recommend the roof for its strength, appearance and durability. As advertised, this is a once in a lifetime investment for your house.
